Bertrand Immobilier Sàrl is an independent property management and real estate agency founded in January 2025, with its seat in La Tour-de-Peilz and its office in Lausanne. It is run by Firouze Bertrand, who personally handles every mandate, in management, sales and letting, across French-speaking Switzerland.

My career in real estate began in Paris in 2003, from sales to the management of rental properties; the bug caught quickly. Since 2009 I have continued in Switzerland, from the west of Lausanne to the canton of Fribourg, helping owners preserve their properties and their investments (maintenance, renovations, insulation…). Frank and honest by nature, I favour direct contact with owners, their tenants and the contractors who work alongside us.
